The Penny Lane-Full Scale
 This kit was designed with the assistance of DMMA members and is sold exclusively in their shops. Click here for a list of authorized dealers. The Penny Lane has five rooms and opens from the back.

The Penny Lane is available as a kit and is computer cut from cabinet grade 3/8” Baltic Birch. There is no MDF wood in this kit. The kit contains shell components, interior stairs,  laser cut decorative panels and porch railing and posts. All that is needed is your choice of shingles. All windows and exterior door  are included and are completely assembled and ready to install. Construction of this kit is fast and easy. This kit retails for $238 plus shipping. The kit weights 23 pounds.
