The Broderrick-Full Scale
 This kit is designed with a decorative front and is open on one side. This will allow the house to be displayed in a corner rather than the center of a room. We sized the rooms to fit furniture sets and then developed our houses from these properly sized rooms. The third floor even has 5 inch high knee walls making this floor totally usable displaying your furniture collection. Five decorative engraved panels are included in the kit .

The Broderrick is available as a kit. These kits are computer cut from cabinet grade 3/8” Baltic Birch. The kit contains shell components, interior and exterior stairs and engraved decorative panels. All window and door openings are designed to fit both Housework’s or Majestic Mansion’s products which are available in separate component kits from your dealer. This kit retails for $299 plus shipping. The kit weights 30 pounds.

Majestic Mansions and Bespaq have created a line of detailed and realistic windows and doors. They feature micro glass and are finished in your choice of rich walnut or white. The windows and doors have been designed to compliment our houses but will fit most openings of other dollhouses.
