This is a large house with big rooms. The finished house has 17 large rooms and measures 25"Wide, 29"Deep and 48 "High. Retail value for shell kit is $850. The kit comes with interior and exterior steps, two hotel signs, corner quoins and exterior front molding. These houses are computer cut from cabinet grade 3/8: Baltic Birch plywood. The Darlington is designed to be a Hotel, Department Store or Home. It is a versatile kit. As a hotel the first floor would be the reception area with gentlemen's lounge and office. The second floor consists of a restaurant, gift shop, bar and another shop. On the third floor, are the hotel rooms and the fourth floor the penthouse. Pictures of a finished hotel are shown to give you ideas.

Windows and doors are available in component kits with your choice  of either Houseworks or Majestic Mansions made by Bespaq International™. The Darlington shown here has the new Majestic Mansion's windows and doors designed by Bespaq. The Darlington can be finished as a Italianate  home or commercial building. The hotel has rooms for lobby, reception area, gentlemen's lounge, barber shop, gift shop, bar, restaurant, hotel rooms and the pent house with veranda.

Lobby area is large enough to display Bespaq's complete lobby set measuring
13 1/2" by 15"

Cafe area 9 1/2" by 16". Large enough for three tables and serving stations.
