This is a two story building. The left side has movable/removable walls on both floors and a half bathroom on the first floor under the steps. The finished house has 8 large rooms and measures 26"Wide, 27"Deep and 27 "High. All ceiling heights are 10 inches. Retail value for shell kit is $298. Windows and doors sold separately but exterior trim and interior steps are included . Shipping weigh is 40 pounds.

Here are a few ideas for the Shoppe's interior. First floor could be a
restaurant, an antique shop, dress shop, hardware store, bakery. There is a
half bath or a store room under the steps leading to the second floor . The second floor could be a dentist office, a barber shop
and billiard room or could also be used as a four room apartment.
First Floor: Restaurant.
Antique Shop. a good place to use your broken furniture.
Second floor offices or this area can be used as a four room apartment.
Remove the partition on the second floor and use as one large room for Billiards. There's room for two pool tables and a bar.
