The finished house has 15 large rooms and measures 13 3/4"Wide, 21 1/2"Deep and 25 1/2"High. Interior and exterior steps are included. The retail price of the kit is $262 and the assembled shell is $398 plus shipping.

Windows and doors are available in component kits and you have a choice of either Houseworks or our on line of windows made by Bespaq™. The Brookhaven Manor show here has a combination the Bespaq's Westfield  and Cambridge series. .
